CANADA TELEVISION AND CABLE PRODUCTION FUND - LICENCE FEE PROGRAM The CTCPF - Licence Fee Program is an objective, first-come, first-served licence fee top-up Fund whose goals are to increase the quality and quantity of Canadian television productions while supporting the production and broadcasting sectors and the employment opportunities that they create. Productions must be highly Canadian, have a broadcast duration of at least 30 minutes and be broadcast close-captioned in peak viewing hours for the genre. One or more Canadian broadcasters must have committed eligible licence fees to the program.
