Director:
Marie-Claude Harvey
Searching for a better life, George and Charles arrived in Québec in 1895. They began working as peddlers. With money saved over many years, the Farhoods founded a theatre that became more than just a means of making a living. It was the family business, but also their passion, and the realization of their dreams. In recounting memories tied to the family theatre, descendants of George and Charles Farhood recall, in a very personal way, how the dreams of immigrants contributed to the rich cultural fabric of Québec and Canada. |
