An exploration of the fascinating life of the controversial Arcticanthropologist/explorer, Vilhjalmur Stefansson, this documentary includes the fresh perspective of Stefansson’s six forgotten Inuit grandchildren. One of the most famous men of the early 20th century, Stefansson is best known for discovering the "Blond Eskimo" of the central arctic. He was one of the first explorers to adopt the Inuit lifestyle, living off the land. The film incorporates extraordinary, rare archival footage.
